FlowerCrystal, what are some of the life lessons that scrapbooking has taught you?

First and foremost, cherish every moment, big or small. I try to scrapbook everything I don't want to forget, everything I think my children would like to know, and everything that has made me stronger. I want my kids to look through the scrapbook and see all sides of life and how I celebrate it.

FlowerWhen did you start digital scrapbooking, designing and what made you get into it?

I started digiscrapping in January of 2007, I found out I was pregnant with my second child and I didn't even have my first child's baby scrapbook done (he was seven). I knew I needed to get my bum moving, I started looking for a quicker, cleaner and more economical way. Digital scrapbooking was the answer. I quickly became obsessed and being the creative diva I am, I felt the need to take it to the next level. That's when I started designing templates, and honestly they're my first love. I began creating kits a short while later, I had a vision for what a page would look like and when I couldn't find what I needed, I wanted to make it.

FlowerWhat inspires you to create your designs?

I was originally a paper scrapper and I like my digi pages to follow more traditional lines. Most of my templates and kits have a definite paper appeal.

FlowerCan you share your favorite scrapbooking or design tip with our Faith Sisters?

Keyboard shortcuts are a gift from God! They save so much time in photoshop and become automatic after awhile. It's funny but I can't tell you how many times I've tried to use the undo shortcut on my work a medical coding database LOL.

FlowerHow do you find the time to do so many wonderful designs?

I neglect my family and friends, LOL. Actually, designing is how I relax. So all my "me" time is usually spent in photoshop.

ClaudiWhat is your favorite scripture verse?

Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed. Proverbs 16:3
