And let the peace of God rule in your hearts...and be thankful. Colossians 3:15 NKJA moments peace can be a scarce commodity. But no matter how numerous the interruptions and demands of the day, God is ever-present, always ready and willing to offer solace to those who seek "the peace that passes all understanding."
When we accept the peace of Jesus Christ into our hearts, our lives are transformed. Because we possess the gift of peace, we can share that gift with fellow Christians, family members, friends and associates. If on the other hand, we choose to ignore the gift of peace- for whatever reason- we simply can't share what we do not possess.
As a gift to yourself, to your family and to your friends, claim the inner peace that is your spiritual birthright: the peace of Jesus Christ. It is offered freely; it has been paid for in full; it is yours for the asking. So ask. Then share.Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. John 14:27
These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world. John 16:33

Peace in my life is not found in quietness or solitude....with 7 children running around it is hard to find any space that is not reverberating with the loudness of our life. And it is in that loudness that I find my true peace. Your word tells me that the peace that You give me will be a lot different then the peace the world gives me. This is so true as I find such peace and joy in the loudness of the many blessings you have given me. I find my true peace from being in Your word, teaching it to my children and enjoying all the wonderful blessings You have given me....
