The old saying, One is closest to God in the garden, rings true for me these summer days while I work in my garden. I never cease to be amazed at how miraculous it is to see a little seed turn into a flower. How amazing is it that such yummy vegetables can come from this straggly vine popping up out of the dirt. Gardening certainly draws me closer to our Heavenly Father as I relish in his creation!
We see God's fingerprints each and every day of our lives. From the beauty of nature, the miracle of birth, and the in our lives. God beautifully created everything in our world to bring glory to Himself and to His children.
This week's challenge is to create a layout about one of your favorite parts of His creation. Since He created everything...you have lots of choices!
Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created. Revelation 4:11
For thus says the Lord, Who created the heavens, Who is God.
Who formed the earth and made it, Who has established it.
Who did not create it in vain. Who formed it to be inhabited
I am the Lord and there is no other. ~Isaiah 45:18
He hath made the earth by his power, he hath established the world by his wisdom, and hath stretched out the heaven by his understanding. ~Jeremiah 51:15
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. ~John 1:1-3

Michelle
